+went to a lecture for the first time in a while today and i.;  +my reasoning for skipping lectures is always that i can't pay attention anyways so there's no point;  +but when it's been a long time since the last time i went to a lecture that always starts feeling like a bad excuse and i forget;  +how bad it actually is but then i GO to a lecture and every two minutes my brain just goes BYE BYE and i realize that actually no.;  +i'm NOT exaggerating i really. really cannot for the life of me pay attention;  +n e ways did i mention the final part of my adhd evaluation is today so next week i will Know:);  +for now i have to just. read ten pages. TEN PAGES. and take notes. should not be hard. at all. should be able to do it in like 1 hour;  +i've already been at it for 30 mins.........;  +okay i'm gonna. stop complaining now. :);  +marth.txt;
